1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing berlon.digital or enrolling in Berlon Digital programs, you agree to these General Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, applicants, and enrolled participants in the Republic of Korea and internationally where our online programs are offered.
2. Services Description
Berlon Digital provides cohort-based technical education focused on software architecture, system design, documentation workflows, and team patterns. Course descriptions on this site are informational. Enrollment is confirmed only after written acceptance and payment instructions are completed through our official channels.
3. Account and Registration
You must provide accurate contact information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials issued for learning platforms. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of unauthorized access.
4. Intellectual Property
Course materials, templates, recordings, and branding remain the property of Berlon Digital or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal professional use during and after enrollment. Redistribution, resale, or public republishing of materials without written consent is prohibited.
5. Participant Conduct
Participants must engage respectfully in live sessions and forums. Harassment, sharing of others' confidential work without permission, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund where permitted under our Refund & Cancellation policy and applicable Korean consumer law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Berlon Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or courses. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific enrollment is limited to the fees paid for that enrollment.
7. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Jeollanam-do shall have primary jurisdiction for disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country of residence. Parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
8. Termination and Modifications
We may suspend access for breach of these terms. We may update these terms with notice on this page; material changes affecting active enrollments will be communicated by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
