Refund & Cancellation

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid enrollments in Berlon Digital courses listed on berlon.digital. Prices shown are informational until enrollment is confirmed. Consumer rights under the Korean Framework Act on Consumers and Electronic Commerce Act apply where relevant.

2. Cooling-Off Period

For distance contracts, you may cancel within 7 days of receiving enrollment confirmation without reason, unless digital content delivery has begun with your prior consent as permitted by law.

3. 14-Day Refund Window

If the cohort start date is more than 14 days away, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment, provided course materials have not been accessed beyond orientation content.

4. Partial Refunds

Cancellations between 14 days and 7 days before cohort start may receive a 70% refund. Cancellations within 7 days may receive 50% unless a waitlist participant fills your seat, in which case 70% applies.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Third-party certification fees, purchased tooling licenses arranged through us, and completed workshop intensives after live delivery are non-refundable. Deposits marked non-refundable at checkout are excluded.

6. Process

Email [email protected] with enrollment ID, legal name, and reason. We confirm within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Cancellations by Berlon Digital

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund. We are not responsible for indirect costs such as travel. Exceptions for force majeure are handled case by case in line with Korean consumer protection guidance.
