Platform Roadmaps That Engineers Trust

Feature-list roadmaps imply promises. Capability maps describe what the platform enables and what is explicitly out of scope.

We map capabilities to user personas: stream-aligned product engineer, data engineer, security reviewer. Each capability gets adoption metrics — time to first deploy, ticket volume, self-service success rate.

Golden paths are narratives, not checklists. They show the happy path and where to escape when constraints differ. Roadmap slides should link to golden paths, not replace them.
